I bought this black homecoming dress at JC Penny's and have just graduated from high school so I won't be needing it anymore. Some of the fake jewels in the waist have gone missing. Also, some of the fine patterns in the top of the dress have been torn a bit but it isn't noticeable up close. You can even use the fabric to create another homecoming dress since the bottom half is in perfect condition.
